This is a great opportunity for someone with some customer facing experience to enter into a commercial role in the hospitality industry. Computer literacy, excellent verbal and written communication and an upbeat personality would be ideal qualities in a candidate for this role.
Please note the role is predominantly Monday – Friday 9am -5pm, however there may be requirements at times to work 10am -6pm or 11am -7pm depending on business needs. The occasional Saturday will also be required.

You will join the reservations team responding to enquiries, securing conversions and up-selling where possible.
You enjoy responding to all enquiries in a highly professional manner, converting inquiries into bookings, logging reservations accurately in the system
