Supply & Demand Planner – Guiseley (Northwest Leeds) – £40,000 - £45,000

Supply & Demand Planner duties:
* Develop accurate short and long-term demand forecasts for the full portfolio of products
* Partner with Sales & Marketing on promotions, launches and market trends
* Align forecasts with production plans, inventory targets and supply capabilities
* Monitor and improve forecast accuracy using advanced Excel and ERP tools (MS Dynamics would be a plus)
* Analyse sales, inventory and market data to spot risks, opportunities and growth areas
* Lead reporting in Excel and Power BI, delivering actionable insights at product and location level
* Optimise inventory strategies to maintain service levels while reducing excess stock
* Create and maintain production planning tools
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Previous experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain planning
* System Skills: Advanced Excel and strong ERP experience (MS Dynamics desirable but not essential)
* Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
