Key Requirements
* Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
* AM2
* City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent in testing and inspection
* 18th Edition regulation
* Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
* Experience of working for a social Landlord, Housing Association or Council
* Experience of delivering responsive repairs
* Strong customer service skills
* Full current valid driving licence essential as this is a mobile role
* DBS check required for working within customers' homes
Role Description
You will join a talented team carrying out remedial work, general maintenance, and repairs across our properties. You will thrive on giving great customer service and keeping jobs on track, and have the drive to ensure the work is completed to spec. The role is varied, and no two days are the same. You will need to work on the out of hours rota, including availability over seven days, including Saturdays and Sundays. You will also need to live in or near Boston, Wainfleet or Wisbech.
