Job Purpose
The Partnerships & Recruitment Officer will support OIEG’s growth by working closely with external partners to recruit home students across our portfolio of institutions and programmes. The role focuses on developing, managing and optimising partnerships, supporting recruitment targets, and ensuring a high-quality partner experience that drives sustainable enrolment growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Management
* Identify, onboard and develop relationships with new and existing partners supporting home student recruitment.
* Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners to maximise recruitment performance and engagement.
* Act as a key point of contact for partners, providing guidance on programmes, entry requirements, processes and timelines.
Student Recruitment & Performance
* Support the achievement of home student recruitment targets for each intake.
* Work closely with internal admissions, marketing and programme teams to maximise conversion and enrolment.
* Monitor partner performance, analyse recruitment data and provide insights to improve outcomes.
Market & Business Insight
* Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and recruitment channels.
* Analyse feedback and performance data to assess partner effectiveness and student experience.
* Contribute insights on market trends, competitor activity and product positioning.
Engagement & Enablement
* Deliver partner briefings, training sessions and updates (online and in person).
* Attend partner meetings, events and recruitment activities as required.
* Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and materials.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across OIEG to support business objectives.
* Prepare reports, presentations and updates on partnership activity and recruitment performance.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and effective use of internal systems.

* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS disclosure check or overseas equivalent
Qualifications
* BA, higher or equivalent
Experience and knowledge
* Experience working in education, training or student recruitment.
* Proven experience working with agents and partners to recruit home students.
* Knowledge of the UK home student recruitment landscape, intakes and admissions processes.
* Experience managing partner performance against recruitment targets.
Skills and Abilities
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and attend partner events and meetings as required.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident analysing recruitment data and using insight to improve outcomes. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
