* Proven track record in technical architecture design.
* Experience leading technical teams and managing project delivery.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Epicor certifications
* Integration experience (REST, SOAP, EDI)
* SQL Server, SSRS, or C# knowledge
