The candidate will be responsible for business leadership, technical & operational functions, implementing strategies, and ensuring the smooth and quality delivery of specialist services in the construction, facilities and domestic services market.

Lead and manage the operational requirements and work locations attended by our field technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of our services.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.
Develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work attitude and promoting teamwork.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Prepare and analyse reports to assess and monitor market trends, competitor activities for growth and improvement.Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role or a go-getter with a solid employment track record looking for your next big role.
Technical knowledge within Construction, Facilities or Transport markets – Glass and facades or coatings experience particularly sort after and welcomed.
A strong track record of achieving targets and building relationships.
Composed Leadership Style.
Proactive, Positive and Energetic approach to customer services.
