Salary: £33,000 (including night uplift)
Hours: 22:00-07:00, Sunday to Thursday

We're looking for a practical, people-focused Nights Yard Supervisor to keep things running smoothly through the night. You'll be the go-to person for our drivers, making sure vehicles are safe, ready, and on time, while keeping the yard organised and operations moving.
This is a great step up for someone with transport experience who's ready to take on more responsibility in a friendly, growing business.
What You'll Do
* Oversee all night yard activity - vehicle movements, parking, and dispatch
* Keep in touch with drivers and planners to sort last-minute changes
* Make sure vehicles are roadworthy, fuelled, and paperwork's in order
* Support and lead drivers, keeping communication clear and morale high
* Carry out yard checks and inspections
* Hand over clearly to the day team so nothing's missed
* Keep the yard safe, tidy, and running efficiently
What You'll Bring
* Experience in transport, logistics, or leading a small team
* Confident communicator who can stay calm under pressure
* Solid understanding of fleet and driver operations
* CPC or Class 1 (C+E) licence a bonus, but not essential
* Organised, proactive, and happy working independently
* Positive attitude and a "get it done" approach
