About The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments and interventions to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to achieve greater independence and enhance their quality of life. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of occupational needs and identify appropriate interventions.
* Provide advice, guidance, and support to service users and their families.
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.
* Monitor and review progress, make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
* Contribute to the overall development and improvement of the service.
About You
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
* Experience working in a similar role within a social care setting.
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices.
* Excellent assessment and intervention skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team.
* Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload.

This role is public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
This role involves regulated activity with adults at risk. Appointment is subject to an enhanced DBS check with the relevant Barred List(s). In this post, you will be required to maintain continuous registration with the DBS Update Service for the duration of your employment.
