Job Description
* Process inbound leads and inquiries, converting them into sales and orders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide exemplary customer service.
* Generate and follow up on potential business leads, securing appointments with key decision makers.
* Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for account improvement.
* Research prospective clients through various resources, including trade press, local media, websites, and internal databases.
* Develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring increased customer spend.
* Update and input records on CRM systems, adhering to SOPs and producing accurate pipeline and sales reports.
* Demonstrate a positive and fearless attitude, with strong communication skills over the telephone.
* Work collaboratively as a team member and independently, showcasing strong IT skills.
* Understand IT products and stay updated on industry trends.
* Be self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the company's growth.
* Manage a portfolio of accounts
* Develop positive relationship with clients
* Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Account Manager should have:
* Experience in IT/Technology sales.
* Events Industry experience (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent telephone skills.
* Strong IT skills.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Positive and fearless attitude.
