* Working within the European SaaS & Tech Sales market (Germany, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, and more)
* Specialising in placing top-tier sales professionals into hyper-growth businesses
* Qualifying and engaging high-level candidates (high performers, high earners)
* Partnering with the Business Development team to deliver exceptional talent solutions
* Managing the full recruitment process from qualification to placement
