Job Title: Mandarin speaking International Sales Coordinator (Property Developer)
The Skills You'll Need: Spoken and written Mandarin and English at fluent level, with PA / Sales Admin experience in a corporate environment. Experience in property industry would be highly preferred.

International Sales Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:
* The International Coordinator plays a key role in progressing all international customer sales from reservation through to legal completion, ensuring smooth handovers, accurate records, and exceptional customer experience.
* This role supports the wider sales function by coordinating sales administration, tracking progress, maintaining data, and ensuring every customer follows the Customer Journey.
* You’ll be the central point of contact between Sales Executives, customers, estate agents, solicitors, brokers, and internal departments, supporting communication, compliance, and delivery across multiple developments.
International Sales Coordinator - What You'll be Doing (not limited to):
* Oversee international sales progression from reservation to exchange, ensuring timely completions.
* Investigate potential risks to completion, escalating issues with solutions to the Head of International Sales.
* Maintain and update completion trackers, providing weekly progress reports.
* Train International Sales Executives and estate agents on admin processes and customer journey.
* Act as the first line of defence against potential delays or issues in sales progression.
* Champion the use of internal systems (e.g., Unlatch) to improve sales processes.
* Identify and suggest improvements to enhance both the customer and sales experience.
* Support the Head of International Sales during busy periods, events, or absences.
* Coordinate plot sales, ensuring accuracy in records, customer paperwork, and compliance with standards.
* Communicate with clients, agents, solicitors, and brokers to keep sales on track and resolve issues.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WeChat, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses.
* Assist with international sales launches and support AML checks, reservation fees, and related documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and internal sales procedures.
* Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and general correspondence.
* Assist with event organization, including international launches and agent engagements.
* Monitor and manage payment processes, ensuring timely resolution of late payments.
* Provide administrative support to the International Sales team as needed.
* Regularly update sales progress and building status to clients and agents.
* Assist the International Marketing Manager as required.
International Sales Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
Essential:
* Fluent Mandarin and English in written and spoken.
* Understanding of conveyancing and mortgage steps.
* Excellent customer communication skills. Strong PA / Administration and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience dealing with IFAs and solicitors.
* Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset. Weekly reporting on sales performance.
Desirable:
* Cantonese would be a bonus but not essential. Confident using CRM or sales software.
* Understanding of AML compliance. Ability to manage sales performance reporting.
