The Role
As Senior Manager you'll sit at the heart of a high-energy, multi-region team operating at the top of the market. You'll manage and grow a portfolio of cyber governance and IT risk advisory engagements, lead client relationships at Board and Executive level, and play an active role in developing the people around you. This is a platform to progress to Director level and beyond.
Day to day you'll be responsible for:
* Leading cybersecurity controls assessments, IT risk governance reviews, and technical cyber advisory engagements
* Producing and presenting board-ready reports on cyber risk posture for senior stakeholders and committees
* Driving business development, proposals, scopes of work, client conversations
* Managing and mentoring a team, setting clear priorities and raising standards
* Collaborating with clients to shape their cyber risk reduction strategies and identify where they need further support
* Staying ahead of the threat landscape, regulatory developments, and cyber defence best practice
What You'll Bring
* Experience across IT controls, IT risk management, IT general and application controls, and cyber/infrastructure reviews
* Strong working knowledge of cyber control frameworks, CIS Benchmarks, NIST, or equivalent
* Experience developing audit strategies and producing stakeholder and board-level reports
* A track record of leading teams and winning work in a consulting or professional services environment
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical risk into clear business language
* Relevant certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar
