What you will do to be successful here
* Act as an integral part of the school staff team, and as such to make a contribution to the overall aims of the school, working within agreed policies and procedures.
* Provide the appropriate level of support needed by students to promote and encourage independence and good social behaviour.
What you will need
* Some experience of working with children with SEMH needs (desirable).
* Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
* The ability to work flexibly within a team and motivate students.
* Understanding of the developmental needs of children.
* The ability to maintain confidentiality.
* First Aid & Food Hygiene Qualification and experience of working with children is desirable but not essential.
