Role Overview
Are you a commercially minded Brand Manager ready to take ownership of a brand and help drive its global growth?
This is a highly commercial role where you will lead the strategy, innovation pipeline and marketing delivery for one of our core brands.
Working closely with Sales, Product Development and Design teams, you will bring new products to market, deliver impactful campaigns and ensure the brand continues to grow across international retail and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow the brand
* Lead brand strategy and growth plans, identifying opportunities to strengthen positioning, increase distribution and drive revenue across global markets.
Lead innovation and NPD
* Develop and deliver a commercially strong innovation pipeline from concept to launch, working closely with Product Development and Design teams.
Deliver impactful product launches
* Manage seasonal and core launches from concept to market, ensuring strong execution across retail, distributor and digital channels.
Integrated marketing and D2C activity
* Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, PR and retail activation. Shape the creative strategy and messaging behind D2C advertising across channels such as Meta, TikTok and Google.
* Ensure all paid media activity reflects the brand positioning while delivering strong commercial performance.
Social media leadership
* Guide the brand’s social media presence across key platforms including Instagram and TikTok. Experience working with social content or campaigns is a strong advantage.
Retailer marketing activation
* Partner with sales teams to support retailer campaigns, shopper marketing and launch activity that drives in-store and online sell-through.
Insight and performance tracking
* Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity and campaign performance to identify opportunities and optimise future activity.
Cross-functional collaboration
* Work closely with Product Development, Design, Sales and digital agencies to ensure cohesive and successful brand execution.
What You’ll Need
* 4–7 years brand marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, beauty or personal care
* Proven experience delivering commercially successful product launches
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing activity to sales performance
* Experience developing brand strategies and innovation pipelines
* Experience working with digital and performance marketing campaigns
* Understanding of social media platforms including TikTok
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
* A creative eye combined with an analytical mindset
* A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach and confidence to take ownership
