Bell Cornwall Recruitment are working alongside a national law firm, that specialise particularly with property law, and have over 8 offices. We are searching for an experienced Conveyancer to join the Residential Conveyancing team.
The Role:
Managing a full caseload of sale, purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, leasehold and freehold matters
Drafting of legal documents
Advising clients and preparing reports
Ensure progression of transactions
Regular communication with clients
Liaise with third partiesThe Ideal Candidate:
Past experience managing your own caseload is a must
Can commute to Derbyshire
Qualified solicitor/Licensed conveyancer
Familiar with land registry portal and online search platforms
Experience using LEAP case management software
Experience with leasehold, freehold and commercial property transactions
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced qualified Conveyancer looking to join a well established firm with a well respected conveyancing team and a generous salary.
