Our client is a leading Non-Food FMCG Distributor who is currently recruiting for a Head of Operations to manage the night shift at their state of the art site in Didcot, Oxfordshire on a Monday - Friday basis (2200hrs 0600hrs).
Reporting into the Operations Director and with Direct Reports across Shift Managers and Supervisors, you will manage a team of c60FTEs and be expected to manage the operation and improve operational efficiencies through Continuous Improvement.
