Job Title: Sales / Deal Coordinator (Former Real Estate agent / Sales Negotiator)
Location: Based in Battersea, London
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Generous commission package + Vehicle included
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Deal Coordinator to join our team and provide extra support to other negotiators who excel in sales, client engagement, and bringing deals together. This role would be ideal for a former real estate agent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to support ongoing business development.
* Coordinate and assist in tying deals together by liaising with clients, partners, agents, and internal teams.
* Attend appointments, site visits, and meetings on behalf of the Director—often alongside other team members.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Support negotiations by preparing required details, identifying opportunities, and ensuring seamless communication.
* Assist in preparing proposals, sales materials, and documentation needed for closing deals.
* Update CRM systems and provide weekly reports on leads, activities, and deal progress.
* Work closely with the team to align strategies, share market insights, and support marketing or sales initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent, Negotiator, or Sales Executive in estate office.
* Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
* Confident and professional when meeting clients on behalf of senior management.
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for appointments.
