About the Role
Im currently recruiting on behalf of a **well-established and forward-thinking company**for a Nightshift Electrical Maintenance Engineer .
This is a hands-on role where youll be a key part of the maintenance team, helping keep production running through a mix of reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance .

What Youll Be Doing
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across plant and machinery
* Work in a proactive, preventative maintenance environment
* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
* Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce repeat breakdowns
* Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
* Liaise with contractors and ensure RAMS compliance
* Update and maintain records on the CMMS system
* Complete remedial work following PPM activities

About You
* Electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer
* Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering ( or equivalent apprenticeship )
* Mechanical experience beneficial
* Background in heavy engineering / manufacturing / industrial environments
* Strong experience in reactive and planned maintenance
* Confident fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems
* Experience with or exposure to PLC systems
* Comfortable working independently on a nightshift pattern
