JOB TITLE: Business Readiness & Implementation Senior Manager - Mass Affluent
LOCATION(S): Hove, Edinburgh or Leeds
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days per week) in one of our office hubs mentioned above

A Business implementation expert is a proactive, hands-on individual, passionate about designing and delivering change that will elevate the business. They focus on the customer and colleague experience, ensuring successful adoption of changes. They engage stakeholders at all levels, documenting impacts and strategizing mitigation. They also produce communication and training materials to support colleagues and customers.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead the design and execution of transformation programmes aligned to the UKPB Target Operating Model, focusing on process simplification and technology modernization.
* Understand the E2E Customer & Colleague journey, map using Group Tools (Figma), identify issues and failure points.
* Identify major Business Problems and implement improvements to transform experiences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove friction points in onboarding, servicing, and product delivery.
* Champion digital enablement and automation using group strategic tools.
* Translate strategic goals into actionable workstreams aligned with the UKPB Target State.
* Engage with collaborators across Private Banking, Mass Affluent, and partner platforms for cohesive delivery.
* Monitor and report on progress, risks, and outcomes against milestones and metrics.
* Develop and build a strong team of professionals aligned with shared outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in Change Management, leading transformation programmes focusing on process and technology.
* Strong understanding of customer and colleague journey mapping.
* Proven problem-solving skills to identify and improve major business issues.
* Effective stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
* Experience in digital enablement and automation initiatives.
