At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part-time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Marsh Mills store on a permanent basis. The role is 18 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.
Immediate start is available.
Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week, and here at Arcus, we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working options. Our shift patterns include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:
* Sunday: Day off
* Monday: 19:00 - 22:00
* Tuesday: 19:00 - 22:00
* Wednesday: 19:00 - 22:00
* Thursday: 19:00 - 22:00
* Friday: 19:00 - 22:00
* Saturday: 19:00 - 22:00
You will also have opportunities to increase your hours through overtime.
Arcus cleaners take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in Sainsbury’s supermarkets. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
* Operating machinery
* Carrying out thorough cleaning activities such as mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping
* Cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies as needed
* Working outside to keep trolley bays clean and debris-free
* Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
Arcus will support you through full training.
What will you need?
Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided.
An eye for detail and cleanliness, a positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service.
Please note: You will need to provide a smartphone with NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App, which is used for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of employment.
