Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting an award-winning manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions, to recruit a Production Manager at their Sheffield facility.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee the injection moulding department, manage a skilled team of setters, and drive machine performance across high-spec equipment.
Key responsibilities of the Injection Moulding Manager include:
* Lead day-to-day operations ensuring efficient and high-quality products
* Mentor and develop a team of moulding setters
* Improve OEE, reduce downtime, and optimise machine performance
* Collaborate with tooling, planning, engineering, and quality teams
* Lead new tooling trials and machine validations
* Drive lean manufacturing and automation improvements
We’re looking for Production Leaders with the below skills & experience:
* Proven leadership experience in manufacturing
* Experience within injection moulding, ideally using Engel machines
* Proven examples of driving OEE and performance metrics
* Knowledge of H&S and quality standards in manufacturing
* Data driven and able to analyse metrics for process improvements
