Job Title: Support Manager – Supported Living Services

Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
About the Role:
We are a dedicated charity providing high-quality supported living services for adults with complex needs. We are seeking a motivated Support Manager to lead our team in York, supporting 5 individuals across our services.
In this role, you will manage daily operations, lead a staff team, and ensure safe, person-centred care. You will work closely with service users, families, and external professionals to maintain high standards of support and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of support staff
* Oversee the wellbeing, safety, and development of 5 service users
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organisational policies
* Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals, and performance monitoring
* Maintain and review support plans, risk assessments, and welfare checks
* Promote independence and positive outcomes for service users
* Liaise with families, health professionals, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred)
* Experience in managing supported living or similar services
* Knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and welfare checks
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Full driving licence essential
