Answer and log incoming calls to the Service Desk, escalating where required. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues (Microsoft, Dell, SonicWall, switches). Use monitoring and security tools such as SentinelOne and ConnectWise. Support with virtualised systems and backups using Datto. Create and amend PowerShell and batch scripts. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures. Balance work and study time to fulfil apprenticeship requirements. You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments.
