The Role
As a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with travel-related queries across phone, email, and live chat.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels
* Resolving queries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
* Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience
* Keeping up to date with company updates and promotions
* Working collaboratively with your team
What you’ll need
* Fluent French and English (essential)
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving ability
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* A positive, proactive attitude
