An exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a growing digital retail team, creating standout visuals that bring products, campaigns, and content to life. The role will suit someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking; passionate about producing design that drives engagement and conversion in a busy online environment.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will work across digital channels including website, email, and social, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality delivery across every touchpoint. From concept through to final artwork, this person will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the brand.
Responsibilities
* Deliver design assets across website, email, social, and digital campaigns.
* Translate briefs into creative concepts that reflect brand identity and elevate campaign performance.
* Support marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines and brand standards are met.
* Produce static and motion content - from image manipulation and video edits to animation and GIFs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop ideas and ensure creative consistency across all channels.
* Stay ahead of design trends, competitor activity, and digital best practice.
What We're Looking For
* Experienced Graphic Designer with a background in eCommerce or retail.
* Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
* Understanding of Shopify, HTML/CSS, and UX design principles.
* Proven experience delivering digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
* A proactive communicator with strong attention to detail and a genuine eye for design.
