Title: Administrator Type: Permanent Hours: Part Time (2 days per week – flexible) Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour Summary: Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a part time basis for approximately 2 days per week with a degree of flexibility with the pattern of hours. This is a key role supporting the admin function of the organisation and duties include: Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person. Taking and processing bookings, updating the bookings system. Liaising with customers and providing regular updates. Booking of transport and accommodation. Updating accurate and confidential customer booking records. Taking and processing payments. Daily use of MS office software and the in house booking system. Data entry. General admin such as filing, photocopying and post duties. Diary management and scheduling. Essential Experience: Previous experience in administration. Strong IT skills including MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. Capable of learning new skills and systems with ease. A strong team player. A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
