Fram Search is working with a growing financial services firm that is looking to strengthen its operations leadership function. This opportunity is within a team supporting pensions administration, dealing support, reconciliations, and client reporting. It suits someone with a strong operational background and the ability to manage people, processes, and change.
This position involves managing a small team of analysts supporting various operational functions. The successful candidate will act as a point of escalation for complex queries and complaints, and support day-to-day activities across multiple departments. Collaboration with team leaders to identify inefficiencies and support business priorities, including ad hoc initiatives and cross-departmental projects, is essential.
The role has a strong analytical component, including the collection and interpretation of management information to support decision-making and Consumer Duty objectives.
Applicants should have experience in financial services operations or pensions administration, with a track record of managing or supervising teams. Strong organizational skills, data analysis abilities, and a solutions-focused approach are important. Knowledge of regulatory expectations, especially around Consumer Duty, is beneficial but not essential.
