The role
We are hiring for a Data Analyst to help our client develop a better understanding of their customer needs and behaviours. This role will involve the analysis of a wide range of data and will require comfortability with large complex data sets and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and stories.
The Data analyst will develop dashboards and reports, providing a view of how customers are engaging with products.
Some of the responsibilities include
1. Establish and maintain KPIs for Customer Experience.
2. Support on the development of customer experience dashboards and reports.
3. Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to ensure data is available, cleansed and prepared, identifying data requirements.
4. Lead on the identification of ways to use data to deliver new opportunities to engage with customers, optimise channels and deliver cost efficiency.
5. Deliver enhanced profiling and segmentation.
6. Build compelling visualisation and case studies to be shared with business stakeholders.
7. Advise on product and campaign tagging / tracking.
To apply, you should have
8. Worked as a Data Analyst with good experience working with transactional databases.
9. Strong visualisation experience – Tableau is a must.
10. Intermediate SQL skills are essential for this role.
11. The ability and experience to deliver impactful and actionable insights.
12. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
13. Experience working with customer data, segmentation, targeting and behavioural analysis.
