Framework Estimator Location: The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE plus Company car/car allowance
Contract: Full time, Permanent Join our Commercial team in Waterlooville as a Framework Estimator and help drive our projects forward.
We specialise in sustainable water asset management solutions, delivering exceptional value outcomes in potable water, wastewater and the environment.
Complete a BRMR (Bid Risk Management Record) form and comply with the BRMR process requirements for sign off approval.
Obtain prices for any surveys or investigations required in order to assist development of the Scope.
Assess the requirements for temporary works, method related works, and preliminary items in co-ordination with Delivery colleagues (Project Manager / Site Co-ordinator).
Produce the Price in accordance with the contract and the Framework Schedule of Rates.
Relevant degree in Estimating, Quantity Surveying, construction related discipline, or significant work experience.
Experience of pricing works to NEC contracts.
Experience of pricing works from first principles.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with other team members, clients and Possess strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel.
