About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join our growing construction and property maintenance company. Your role will be to generate new leads, build client relationships, and help secure new contracts for residential and commercial projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys field-based work, is confident speaking to clients, and wants to grow their career in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and commercial sectors
* Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, landlords, and local authorities
* Follow up on incoming leads and referrals
* Prepare proposals, assist with pricing, and convert quotes into sales
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a sales role (construction or trades preferred)
* Training will be provided for the right individual
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, outgoing, and able to work independently
* Good understanding of construction services and terminology
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Basic computer literacy (CRM, email, quoting software)
