Key Responsibilities
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Greeting and seating guests in a warm, professional manner
* Taking orders and serving food and drinks
* Setting up and clearing tables efficiently
* Supporting bar work
* Handling payments and using till systems
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in FOH areas
* Ensuring guests have a positive experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
* Previous FOH or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, professional attitude
* Ability to stay calm during busy periods
* Smart, presentable appearance
