Account Manager | 3D Point of Sale | Hertfordshire | Up to £45k

An established retail marketing partner delivering fully integrated point‑of‑sale solutions designed to help brands capture attention and convert shoppers in‑store. Bringing together creative design, print production and fulfilment, it manages the entire journey from initial concept through to final installation. With a strong emphasis on speed, innovation, and measurable results, the business helps clients execute campaigns efficiently while maximising impact at the point of purchase.


Responsibilities

* Proactively building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, identifying opportunities to drive sales and support accurate forecasting
* Developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, aligning strategies to increase sales and margin growth while delivering tailored, high‑quality service
* Managing commercial performance by maintaining accurate records of agreements, ensuring all proposals align with historic trends, and applying strong commercial awareness to drive value growth
* Leading and supporting innovation and continuous improvement by managing projects in line with established frameworks and working cross‑functionally to enhance service delivery
* Managing, developing, and reviewing direct reports, ensuring performance standards are met and all project documentation is accurately maintained


Key attributes required

* Proven experience in managing client relationships and building long‑term partnerships
* Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth and identifying commercial opportunities
* Extensive experience in delivering end‑to‑end POS projects from concept to installation
* Hands‑on experience in coordinating cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
