Overview
CityRise is an established and fast-growing property investment and lettings business based in central Leeds, managing properties for investors nationwide. We specialise in investment sales, lettings, and management, offering a hands-off service for high-net-worth clients investing in UK property. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to lead our property management department. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors, while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and compliantly.
Responsibilities
* Manage maintenance and repairs with contractors and suppliers
* Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
* Arrange move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections
* Organise safety certificates and compliance documentation
* Prepare inventory reports
* Handle deposit negotiations and submit claims
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent customer service and attention to detail
* Ability to negotiate, de-escalate and manage conflict effectively
* Able to work independently and within a team
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Willingness to travel across Yorkshire and Lancashire
Working Hours
* Monday–Thursday: 9am–5:30pm | Friday: 9am–5pm
