Christiana Hartley Medical Practice is seeking a salaried GP to join our established team for up to 8 sessions per week (number of sessions negotiable).
Practice team:
4 GPs
5 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
HCA
3 Practice Nurses
Practice Manager & Deputy Manager
Dedicated and experienced administration team
We are part of a GP Federation and a Primary Care Network. Salary is at a top rate, dependent on experience.
Main duties of the job
Manage caseloads and deliver exceptional healthcare to patients.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.
Attend clinical meetings and sessions, including home visits as required.
Adhere to best practice guidelines, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Complete relevant paperwork, manage medicines, and interpret laboratory results.
Job responsibilities
Provide safe clinical decision‑making and assessment skills for patients.
Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs.
Support the delivery of policy and procedures, and provide leadership when required.
Qualifications
Qualified GP
Full GMC registration
Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
Experience
Experience of working in primary care
