Main Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
* Administer medications and treatments, adhering to medical prescriptions and care plans.
* Complete physical/ psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
* Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and changes in resident's conditions.
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individual care plans.
* Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and families.
* Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents.
* Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
* Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
* Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
* Stay updated on current medical practices.
Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse with active NMC nursing pin.
* Proven experience as a registered nurse in a care setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing healthcare needs.
* Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
