We have a vacancy for Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work at a Nursery School in Gateshead part time, 30 hours per week, all year round position, maternity cover. They are looking to appoint Early Years Practitioners who have a Level 3 qualification and have considerable experience of working with children from Birth to 4 years. Although the position is maternity leave, there maybe a possibility to extend this due to their provision expanding. The Nursery School are looking for someone who will be committed to continuing your own professional journey. They have a strong emphasis on developing their staff team and have high expectations of all staff who are working with and caring for their children. They are looking for someone to demonstrate excellent and inclusive classroom practice in line with their child centered ethos which promotes good progress and improves all children’s wellbeing and achievement: Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Birth to 5 Matters. Be able to show how you have contributed positively within an early years setting. Able to demonstrate a desire to work closely with a range of skilled professionals and with children’s families to achieve the best outcomes for the children and families who attend the setting.
