Having recently adopted HubSpot, they’re seeking a motivated HubSpot Manager to join their Operations team. In this role, you’ll act as the resident HubSpot expert, handling daily administration and optimisation to enhance customer journeys from sales through to deployment.
The role:
* Manage user setup, permissions, and maintain data quality within HubSpot.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot queries and troubleshooting.
* Build and refine workflows to automate and streamline processes from sales to installation and support.
* Create dashboards and reports to track sales activity and operational progress, providing actionable insights.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent data management skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues independently.
* Experience creating workflows, dashboards, and reports to support business goals.
