What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the Procurement Director and wider team with admin, scheduling, and reporting
* Managing supplier and contractor communications
* Coordinating meetings, travel, and documentation
* Assisting with onboarding, expenses, and internal processes
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in office or executive administration
* Strong multitasking, organisation, and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
