About the Young Man you'll be Supporting: He is a vibrant and active young man with a passion for: Films and Music: Someone who can share his enthusiasm for these interests. Football and Fitness: He loves being active and has his own home gym, so someone who can get involved and encourage his daily physical activity is needed. Gadgets and Gaming: He enjoys playing his PlayStation and exploring new gadgets What you'll bring: A professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 with supervisory units, or Care Management Level 3 in England). Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours requiring intensive support planning and management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, and a calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
