Job Description
Job Purpose
To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar, restaurant, and hotel, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, bar, restaurant, and back-of-house spaces
* Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
* Clean floors, furniture, fixtures, and fittings to company standards
* Ensure bar and restaurant areas are clean, presentable, and ready for service
* Restock housekeeping supplies and report low stock levels
* Report maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns promptly
* Follow all health & safety, COSHH, and hygiene regulations
* Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules
* Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times
Qualifications
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (training can be provided)
* High attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Reliable, honest, and flexible with working hours
Working Hours
* Flexible shifts, including weekends, mornings, and bank holidays
