Are you passionate about music and eager to inspire students to explore their creativity? We are looking for an enthusiastic Music Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Radlett, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver dynamic and inspiring music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Lead and develop extracurricular music groups, including choirs, bands, and more
Guide students in exploring various instruments, music tech, and diverse genres
Prepare students for assessments, performances, and exams
Track and support student progress, adapting lessons to suit various learning needs
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music into the wider school life
Maintain strong, positive communication with parents about student progress
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
Experience teaching music at secondary school level
Competence in at least one instrument, or strong vocal ability
A genuine passion for music and helping students reach their potential
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A collaborative approach to working within a creative, team-oriented environment
