An exciting opportunity for a Housing Service Manager working in a way that embraces advantaged thinking approaches, the role is responsible for ensuring that the service complies with any organisational and any future commissioned contract requirements.
We need the Service Manager to become an integral part of Salvation Army Homes managing the team at Calverley Hill that puts young people at the heart of our vision. You will create an environment that is dedicated to providing comprehensive, quality housing services and support.
You will nurture and develop a team that assesses needs, builds trust, enables and unlocks young peoples potential to transform their lives.
On call is shared amongst the staff as designated by the Manager. As there is night cover, on call is used very infrequently but is needed over the 7 days.
