Interim Reward & Compensation Specialist - Healthcare Sector
£300-£400/day | London (Hybrid) | Immediate Start
We're working with a leading organisation in the healthcare space to appoint an experienced Reward & Compensation professional for an interim assignment. This is a high-impact role suited to someone with a strong background in either the NHS or the private medical sector.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits strategy, benchmarking, and delivery
* Strong understanding of NHS pay structures or private healthcare reward frameworks
* Expertise in job evaluation, salary banding, and benefits harmonisation
* Confident stakeholder engagement and HR systems knowledge
* Immediate availability
The Role:
* Lead reward and compensation initiatives across the organisation
* Support policy development and pay reviews
* Advise on healthcare-specific reward models
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to deliver strategic outcomes
