About the Role
Activities Champion at Cartref Cleddau, you will help create engaging activities for residents, support fundraising events, and build relationships with service users and their families.
Responsibilities
* Formulate an activity profile for each individual service user through liaison with care staff
* Ensure the safe and proper use of all equipment.
* Maintain accurate and legible records of service users’ activities.
* Liaise with the senior nurse on duty regarding outings.
* Research prospective outings with regard to access and toileting facilities.
* Liaise with senior care assistants regarding medical or nursing care information for service users.
