About The Role
Location: Northwest Area ( Derry Londonderry, Ballycastle, Magherafelt, Ballymena, Antrim, Carrickfergus etc)
Hours per week: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £34,000 - Company Vehicle, Company Phone, Company Laptop, Fuel card.

The Customer
* To develop and build credible customer relationships, ensuring professional management and delivery of services to our clients.
* To understand and respond to the needs of our client on site effectively and efficiently.
* Tomonitor the performance of allservices provided on site,investigate any service failures and agree corrective actions with all relevant parties.
* To ensuresufficient materials and equipmentareon site in a timely fashion to support the site cleaning specification.
* Deputise for Operations Manager – may include approval of Purchase Order’s & TVR
The Market
* To pro-actively manage contract retention, ensuring client requirements are met and appropriate relationships are built. In line with KPI targets.
The Employees
* To help manage a team of Regional Supervisors and support the overall efficient operations of client contracts.
* To ensure we employ the right peoplewith the right skills at the right time.
* To manage and monitor employees on site, including performance, disciplinary and training with the support of area supervisor.
* To ensure all employeesaretrained to specified training requirements and identify and actiontraining requirements in conjunction with the Compliance Co-ordinator..
* To manage all employee relations issues in line withtheCompany policies and procedures and in conjunction with the Operations Manager & HR Department.
* To manage and co-ordinate payroll foremployeeswho fall within your remit.
* Tomanage absenteeism for both short and long term absences which affect service delivery, ensuring processesarefollowed to minimise costs.
Reporting
* To provide regular,timely and accurateupdatestotheManagement team as required.
* To manage and maintain budgets to achieve KPI targets.
* To make sure you meet the legal, company and client regulations for fire, health, safety and environment, including reporting requirements.
* To regularly reviewservicestandards and identify and report potential efficiencies to the contract.
Skills & Experience required
* Demonstrable track record (at least 2 years) in a supervisory/ management role within the support services industry;
* Knowledge of delivering operational excellence across a multi-site environment;
* Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum productivity;
* Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships;
* Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines;
* Ability to remove barriers and drive innovation
* Ability to lead and influence teams to meet demanding targets and deadlines within a modern, fast-paced environment and creating a “can do” culture
