Reward project manager 18 Month FTC
Do you want to be part of the Reward Success story of this prestigious governing organization by the HR Director to help provide support to the delivery of groups reward strategy.
The keys responsibilities include:
Working within the corporate People & HR function and as part of a reward transformation project team, this role will work in partnership with those members of the reward team to lead and successfully implement adoption a new job evaluation, pay and grading framework.
* Project managing the introduction of improvements, implementing, and communicating changes across the corporation.
* Develop, oversee, and manage the implementation of new approaches to pay and reward supporting the People Strategy.
* Experience of working within the pay and reward arena undertaking job evaluation in a large organisation, providing strategic advice and guidance on pay frameworks
Experience required:
* Significant breadth of relevant experience in all aspects of reward management
* Excellent knowledge of job evaluation and reward practices including pay models, job evaluation frameworks, job families
* Experience of delivering reward transformation and associated changes
* Excellent project management skills
* You will ideally need to have previous public sector or have worked in a unionised environment before.
