Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Government Buildings – Temple – £43,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established building services company based in Temple! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a government contract located in Temple. The successful candidate will support the on-site maintenance team, carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance while developing their skills and technical knowledge within a commercial environment.

Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday
* 8am - 5pm
* Plenty of overtime available
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* (Training and support provided where required)
* Basic lighting tasks (small installations, lamping, simple fault-finding)
* Assisting with emergency lighting tests
* Supporting senior engineers with control panel work
* Changing ballasts
* Monitoring BMS systems (hot & cold checks)
* Maintaining and updating site logbooks
* Basic plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)
* Assisting with pumps and motors

* £43,000 annual salary

Requirements
* Electrical qualifications — City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Desirable)
* 18th Edition (Desirable)
* Must be able to provide copies of any qualifications achieved
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Good communication and customer-facing skills
* Ideally some exposure to building maintenance (commercial or residential), but not essential
