About The Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our transformation team as a Business Change Analyst. You will play a crucial role in our business transformation programme, ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives. Working closely with the Transformation Lead, you will help align activities with the overall transformation goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing change in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of future operations and services.
2. Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
3. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
4. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
5. Support communication planning and delivery for customers and associates.
6. Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
7. Track issues and measure success metrics to monitor change progress.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience as a Business Change Analyst or similar role.
* Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG) is a plus.
