As the Operations Manager for the Lighting Department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the team, overseeing workflow, and ensuring that resources and equipment are always in top condition. Lead and manage the lighting team, including casual workers, freelancers, and sub-contractors.
Ensure the efficient management of lighting equipment—maintenance, checks, storage, and safety.
Oversee equipment inspections, testing, and preparation for hire or sale.
Monitor compliance with all safety and legal regulations, ensuring records are up to date.
Competence with IT systems and software.
Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense and ability to make decisions with a commercial mindset.
