The role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Smart Buildings Business Development Manager with a specialisation in Building Management Systems (BMS). You’ll play a critical role in driving our expansion efforts and identifying new strategic partnerships.
Are you an ambitious, self-motivated professional with a passion for decarbonising buildings? Do you have a proven track record in business development and thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment? If so, then this role could be for you.
You will
* Promote our advanced BMS solutions
* Identify new business opportunities
* Nurture relationships with existing clients
* Develop strategic partnerships within the commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors
You have
* A proven track record in business development or sales within the built environment or smart building sector
* Knowledge of Building Control Systems
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability and confidence to deliver in a customer facing environment
* A current driving licence, due to the travel required to and from client sites
